Nowadays, the lines between things are increasingly blurry. It is hard to differentiate good from bad, right from wrong, masculinity from femininity. This trend leads to a broader concept of product design, meaning that design should not be confined to a single product. Therefore, “integration" has gradually become normal instead of a new idea.
We, Chang An Design, adhere to such concepts:
We believe the trend in the future will be the blend of native culture and foreign culture, a kind of rebellion and breakthrough toward the existing situation. Getting deeper into it, the philosophy of “integration” pops out.
It is not simply gathering but integrating new technology and traditional eastern aesthetics into a car. At the same time, consistency of the multiple elements would also be highlighted so as to make customer feel a sense of uniformity. Surprising and harmonious, that’s how our new products impress you.
Youths of the Z-generation, who was born in this current era of science and technology, have no idea about the preceding simple technologies and take technology for granted.
What’s more, in such an era with high homogeneity, we need diversity to remind us of our existence, and make us realise that we are living, vital, mindful and different individuals.
This calls for a designer to adopt integrated thinking, which stands for an anti-traditional concept. To this end, we will challenge the outdated and promote diversity by discarding the habit of explaining the existing things.
This brief will focus on the integration of technology and future, the traditional and the today. It is worth noting that such integration is not the simple mix or direct combination, and it calls for you to ingeniously fuse your design philosophy, culture and modelling.
